An accomplished global travel and tourism executive with experiences that encompass product and business development, operations and marketing management and high-level negotiations. Designed and executed successful programs to and from Europe. Implemented high profitable Incentive and MICE programs managing elite events that hosted from 500 to 6,000 participants on domestic and international destinations and planned and coordinated all travel logistic for the Superbike International World Championship for 4 consecutive years.


Resort / Hotel Management

Oversaw the development of the first large scale tourism infrastructure in Sardinia’s Gallura region employing over 200 residents and housing up to 1000 visitors. Directed building operations of, and managed, several resorts and hotels in Italy. Liaised between corporate headquarters and regional authorities to manage zoning and permits negotiations. Directed the efforts of multiple departments, including engineering, food & beverage, housekeeping, front desk and marketing. Recruited, trained and managed professional and support personnel.
